29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite, 50 Pine Creek Road, Wexford, PA 15090: On or before September 17, 2020, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to ground level while replacing roofing material on a 5/12 pitched roof.
