29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Variations in riser height or tread depth exceeded 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) within a stairway system: a) SU Dome, north side, west end, Buck Hoist area, on or about 9-15-20 and 9-16-20: Employees were accessing a Buck Hoist using a stairway with varying and uneven riser heights, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 26-1/2 inches.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) SU Dome, north side, west end, Buck Hoist area, on or about 9-15-20 and 9-16-20: Employees were accessing a Buck Hoist using a stairway without a stair rail on the open side of the stairs, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 26-1/2 inches.
