(a)	Zelios Colorado LLC nka Zelios Colorado LLC dba Gemini Extraction, 3000 Airport Drive, 704-707, Erie, CO 80516: On and before September 22, 2020, the employer did not secure carbon dioxide tanks to prevent damage from accidental contact. There were approximately 50 - 50 pound tanks that were not properly secured. This condition exposes employees to struck-by hazards. Should the tanks be knocked over there is the potential for them to become projected across the work environment.   NFPA 50 2005, National Fire Protection Association 55, Standard for the Storage, Use, and Handling of Compressed Gases and Cryogenic Fluids in Portable and Stationary Containers, Cylinders, and Tanks. Section 7.1.4.4. "Compressed gas containers, cylinders, and tanks in use or in storage shall be secured to prevent them from falling or being knocked over by corralling them to a cart, framework, or fixed object by use of a restraint.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
