29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). a. On or about September 22, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee washing window frames from an extension plank between two tubular welded frame scaffolds, ten (10) feet six (6) inches above the ground, was not protected from falling, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. The scaffold did not meet the requirements of 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L, in that, the scaffolding was not fully planked and was not provided with guardrails.
