29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Blue coil winder # 166: On or about September 22, 2020 a coil winder was found to be missing guarding on the set screw counter which projects inward toward the machine. b) Wire wheel on Buffer # 204: On or about September 22, 2020 a wire wheel mounted on a buffer was not guarded.
