Potomac St. Centennial, CO 80112: On or before 9/22/20 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the radial saw in the small crating shop was not equipped with a front guard. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.  (b) Stolle Machinery Company, Inc. at 6949 S. Potomac St. Centennial, CO 80112: On or before 9/22/20 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the radial saw in the large crating area was not equipped with self-adjusting side guards. This condition exposed employees to amputation and laceration hazards.
