29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusts to the thickness of the stock which would remain in contact with stock being cut to give maximum protection possible for the operation being performed:  (a) Stolle Machinery Company, Inc. at 6949 S. Potomac St. Centennial, CO 80112: On or before 9/22/20 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the radial saw in the small crating shop was not equipped with a front guard. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.  (b) Stolle Machinery Company, Inc. at 6949 S. Potomac St. Centennial, CO 80112: On or before 9/22/20 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the radial saw in the large crating area was not equipped with self-adjusting side guards. This condition exposed employees to amputation and laceration hazards.
