On or about September 22, 2020 employees were exposed to overhead struck-by hazards while working where bundles or Isopoll roof insulation were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement.   Instance2. September 22, 2020 Accident. An employee was seriously injured when a bundle of Iso insulation became displaced during a hoisting operation and struck  the employee on the upper back.
