29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. On or about November 9, 2020, in three (3) areas on the west side of the facility; fire extinguishers were not identifiable and/or readily accessible to employees. (A) Fire extinguisher was missing signage, not mounted, and blocked by shelf. (B) Fire extinguisher was blocked by parcel carts. (C) Fire extinguisher was blocked by trash can and eye wash stationed.
