Employees were engaged in roofing activities while working on a residential roof approximately 15 feet above the ground level. Employees were working on an approximately 10:12 steep pitched roof on a residential building. The employees did not utilize any form of fall protection; thus exposing employees to fall hazards.  Condition was observed on or about 24 SEP 2020.
