29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. (a) At the worksite Employees used a folded A-frame ladder to access the upper roof. The ladder was not used the way it was designed; on or about 09/23/2020. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
