Central Avenue Phoenix, AZ, 85004  On or about September 29, 2020, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respiratory protection, throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 detainees. The violation occurred on or about June 12, 2020 and after.  b) Immigration and Customs Enforcement Phoenix Field Office Special Response Team located at 2035 N. Central Avenue Phoenix, AZ, 85004  On or about September 29, 2020, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required Special Response Team employees to wear respiratory protection, including CBRN full face respirators, throughout their shifts while performing special operations and riot control activities.
