29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equiment as specified in this subpart:  a) Exterior - Front: Employees were exposed to thermal burns while involved in framing activities without employer  providing any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood was stored, cut and used on site to frame a residential structure. Gasoline fueled compressors powered  nail guns to perform framing activities. Extra gasoline was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 7/31/2020.
