Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures.   a)	Distribution Warehouse, Interior:  On or about September 14, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard in that they were traversing the facility on foot where Isuzu Reach truck operators were driving and staging their trucks for loading and unloading operations. there was a lack of adequate signage, markings, or other written forms of communication to ensure drivers stop and look for pedestrians before turning into the operations area.
