29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Roka's Construction LLC, 945 Detroit St., Denver, CO 80204: On or before September 30, 2020, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee working on the second level of a residential structure was exposed to a fall to the basement due to an unguarded stairway opening. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
