29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  At the jobsite located at 3612 Lakeway Circle Wichita KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a Werner 6 foot A-frame ladder, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet in that they were using the top step of ladder to access the upper level of house.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite 3612 Lakeway Circle Wichita KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking and working on a 6:12 pitch roof, were exposed to fall hazards of 10.5 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.   Tim Fairchild Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1253352, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8719 Candlewood Wichita Kansas.
