29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that  affected employees were exposed to electrical or arc flash hazards:  a) One Gateway Center, Newark, NJ  The property/equipment owner did not conduct an arc flash risk assessment. A maintenance employee  was exposed to an arc flash hazard and had third degree burn when operating  a knife switch on a 480V 660mA electrical box.   Violation was disclosed on or about 09/28/2020.
