29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) One Gateway Center, Newark, NJ The employer did not conduct a job hazard analysis to determine the potential electrical hazards present in their work environment. Specifically, the employer did not conduct an updated arc flash risk assessment to determine the potential of an arc flash. An employee was exposed to an arc flash while operating a knife switch on the 480V 600mA electrical box. Violation was disclosed on or about 09/28/2020
