29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about October 1, 2020, employees engaged in framing operations in an aerial lift above 10 feet were exposed to a fall hazard from not attaching lanyards to the basket. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Southwest Drywall & Plaster was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486203, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 360 Vin Rambla, El Paso, TX, 79912.

29 CFR 1926.454(c)(3): The employer failed to retrain employees that showed indications through work performance of not retaining the requisite proficiency: On or about October 1, 2020, employees engaged in framing operations in an aerial lift above 10 feet did not attach their lanyards, this indicated not retaining training requirements. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Southwest Drywall & Plaster was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.454(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486203, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 360 Vin Rambla, El Paso, TX, 79912.
