29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee.   At the commercial site,  employees installing drywall from a JLG Lift were not tied off, exposing employees to an ejection and fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground below.
