29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) At the fabrication bay by the CNC router tables, for employees fabricating and using materials such as but not limited to, Fiberock Gypsum Panels, Alltek - High Performance Garnet Abrasive employees were using the tight fitted, half face, 3M, 6300 respirator with P100 (2097) filters without being medically evaluated prior to the use of the respirator, observed on or about 09/16/2020.
