29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) On or about October 2, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to serious hazards at the production area from the point of operation of the following CNC machines: Fanuc Robodrill 7, Fanuc Robodrill 8 and Samsung SMEC. The glass doors of the CNC machines were not sufficient to prevent the employees from accessing the point of operation. The glass doors could easily be opened while the machines were still in operation.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
