29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about October 1, 2020 at the job site located at 1320 Laurenbrook Ln NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646; during the installation of roofing material on a residential roof, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized a 20 foot aluminum extension ladder as it was designed for use. Employees utilized the extension ladder by separating the sections and utilizing the fly section without anti slip feet on a roof to gain access to the roofs working surface.
