29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). On 10/1/2020, at the Hamilton Preserve subdivision located at 4278 Braselton Hwy., Hoschton, Georgia, at lots 60 and 58, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 18' as they performed framing activities at a home being constructed. Employees were exposed as they set trusses and on the interior of the home as second story were not equipped with guardrails.
