OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:   a) Montana Cycle and Marine, Inc. dba Montana Honda Kawasaki and Marine, Part Department, Billings, MT: On or about October 6, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards associated with commercial grade storage racks not bolted to the floor.   b) Montana Cycle and Marine, Inc. dba Montana Honda Kawasaki and Marine, Part Department, Billings, MT: On or about October 6, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards associated with commercial grade not having a weight limit identification for the shelving racks.
