29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a) CBD Roll-on Production Area: On or about October 7, 2020, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that the door near the labeling machine in the CBD Roll-on Production Area enters into another room which leads to a blocked exit, and the door was not marked with a "Not an Exit" sign.

29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(1): The employer did not provide information to employees about the hazardous chemicals to which they are exposed, by means of a hazard communication program, labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and information and training. a) On or about October 7, 2020, Employees were exposed to chemical hazards, in that the employees are using chemicals such as but not limited to Cola Flavor Natural Type (CA1039F) , Vanilla Custard Flavor Art (CA1038), and Apple Pie Flavor Natural and Artificial (CA-1004) in the mixing process and during the assembling of the CBD roll-ons, and the employer does not have a hazard communication program.
