29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in cornice activities use pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

On the west side of the construction site, employees performing cornice work without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 9 feet to the ground below.

Inside the building, employees use the stairway that was under construction without handrails installed were expose to fall hazards.

On the west side of the construction site, employees installing cornice material use an extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing were expose to potential fall hazards.
