29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a. 1372 Jesse Cronic Road, Braselton, GA (Throughout Plant Area) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. The designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the plant area were hidden by large stationary/storage racks and machineries and were not in the line of sight. There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 10/07/2020.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. 1372 Jesse Cronic Road, Braselton, GA (Bar Support Machine #10) - Employees were exposed to struck-by/caught-between hazard. The light curtain, which serves as one of the machine guarding steps on the Bar Support Machine #10, was inadequate. The light curtain was not wired correctly to prevent the machine from operating when in single mode. The machine (press) would continue to operate when the light curtain beam (guard) has been broken, when operating machine in single mode, on or about 10/01/2020.
