There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 10/07/2020.

The light curtain was not wired correctly to prevent the machine from operating when in single mode.  The machine (press) would continue to operate when the light curtain beam (guard) has been broken, when operating machine in single mode, on or about 10/01/2020.
