29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate of first-aid training was not available at the work-site to render first-aid. On or about September 10, 2020, and at times prior thereto, six employees were performing residential construction in which a first-aid trained person was not readily available, exposing the workers to the hazard of delayed immediate life support services being administered.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 10, 2020, and at times prior thereto, two workers were performing framing activities on the second level of a residence under construction without the use of fall protection, exposing the two framers to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the concrete slab below.
