29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Jobsite located at 1 Accord Drive, Malvern, PA 19355: The employer did not ensure employees who were utilizing a scaffold platform that was attached to a Gradall all-terrain forklift was designed, and approved by the manufacturer; thus exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet from the ground level. Condition was observed on or about 6 October 2020.
