On or about October 2, 2020 and at times prior thereto, employees working on the top of the third floor of an apartment complex performing framing activity had no fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.  The (Soldevilla Construction) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1370566, citation number 1,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5601 Golden Triangle, Fort Worth, Texas 76244.
