The sling was attached and used with a CM Valustar 1/2 ton hoist.

29 CFR 1910.243(a)(2)(ii): Constant pressure switch(es) or control(s) which would shut off the power when pressure is released were not provided on electric drill:  In the Tin Shed, on or about October 04, 2020 employees engaged in maintenance activities using an Electrical Milwaukee ¾ Large Drill were exposed to amputation hazards in that the consistent pressure switch was unable to be turn off in a single motion due to the consistent pressure of the use of a zip tie.
