29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 7, 2020, employees performing roofing operations on a residential property were not protected from falls, exposing employees to a falls between 8.4-13.6 feet. P & M ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1389502, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 231 S. Villa Ave. Villa Park, IL 60181. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
