29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) Interior Stairway to 1st Floor - Employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the 1st floor deck utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 10/7/20.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   a) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees without proper means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while engaged in framing activities, on or about 10/7/20.  JR Complete Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1302716, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/27/18, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Mather Ave., Groton, CT.

JR Complete Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1302716, citation number 01, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 4/27/18, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Mather Ave., Groton CT.
