29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Bill Buus Construction, Inc. at 4212 South Sawtooth Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57110:  On or about and at times prior to October 7, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while performing sheathing operations on the roof of a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of over six feet.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  (a) Bill Buus Construction, Inc. at 4212 South Sawtooth Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57110:  On or about and at times prior to October 7, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls in that guardrails systems were not installed on open door/window areas of the residential property while framing operations were being conducted.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of over six feet.
