29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about October 8, 2020, and times prior thereto, on the North side of the wood chipper in the Mill Area, employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the conveyor motor chain and sprocket assembly without a guard.
