29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about 10/8/2020, at the jobsite located at 1235 Mayfair Drive, Brookhaven, GA 30329: Employer failed to ensure frequent and regular inspections were conducted on the site area to ensure subcontractors employees engaged in wood framing work operation at heights of approximately 13 feet were protected with fall protection.
