29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 10/07/2020, the employer did not ensure fall protection was implemented during residential construction operations when: A. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately eleven (11) feet off the roof eve when they were installing roof decking. B. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately twenty-two (22) feet off the roof peak when they were installing roof decking. C. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately twenty-two (22) feet through the roof trusses when they were installing roof decking. D. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately eleven (11) feet to the ground when working around unprotected windows. The windows had a sill of twenty-one (21) inches and was used by the employees to get on/off of the second story roof.
