29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): The employer did not make sure that the materials being hoisted when employees were hooking, unhooking, or guiding the load were rigged to prevent unintentional displacement: On or about October 9, 2020, at 1936 S. Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while engaged in the task of offloading a Caterpillar Skid Steer 226B3 from a suspended equipment hoist platform.
