The Hobs Industrial Roofing & Sheet Metal INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101409, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2005 State Street, Athens, OH 4570.
