29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Rosemount at University park 103 Emerald Ash, Building 2: On or about October 13, 2020, an employee without fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while working from an aerial lift without being trained on fall hazard recognition.
