DBA Akorn, Inc./72 Veronica Avenue/Somerset, NJ - Fill Room #2: Employees engaged in routine cleaning activities were exposed to amputation hazards created by moving parts on the Kalix KX800 tube filling machine. The interlock provided for employee protection allowed the equipment to run when he doors were in the open position.  Condition noted on or about 10/5/2020
