29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted shall be rigged to prevent unintentional displacement; 325 Main St., Cambridge, MA On or about, October 6, 2020, employees working under suspended loads, were exposed to being stuck -by hoisted structural steel where the placement of of the sling hook prevented the safety latch from fully closing that caused unintentional displacement of the sling hook from the rigged material.
