29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program that includes a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas: (a) On or about 10/14/2020 - Paint Department, the employer did not maintain a list of hazardous chemicals used by employees to perform job duties at SMP Automotive such as, but not limited to, CAL CLEAN 897.
