29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report, within 24-hours, a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye: Truck Scales - On or about 10/09/2020, an employee was going in to pick up his weigh ticket at the exit scales at Woodland Pulp when he tripped and fell off the side of the platform, injuring himself to the point of hospitalization. The employer did not report the incident to OSHA within 24 hours.
