Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Construction Site: On or about October 14, 2020 an employee engaged in framing operations above 6 feet did not have any form of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
