(a) Jobsite, 18th Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about October 15, 2020 two employees were working an aerial lift without wearing harnesses and lanyards attached to the boom or basket exposing them to potential fall hazards of approximately 18 feet above the overhang and approximately 32 feet to the ground.
