29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: On or about 14 October, 2020, at the above addressed job site, three employees were working on a roof of a building without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 11 feet and 8 inches to the floor below.
