29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.   a. At the site, located at 9123 SW 49th Court, Ocala, FL, employees were exposed to falling object/struck hazards on or about October 15, 2020, when handling a suspended plywood load under a crane without the use of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  At the job site located at 9123 SW 49th Court, Ocala, FL employees framing roof, were exposed to fall hazards on or about October 15, 2020, when not provided with fall protection while working from 8.7 feet above the ground.
