Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On the roof, on or about October 14, 2020, the employer did not ensure an employee, performing framing work above six feet from the ground utilized fall protection, thus exposing the employee to fall hazards.
