Coating - On or about October 15, 2020 the hydraulic conveyor was not guarded in areas where employees are exposed to rotating steel pipes that are transported on the conveyor and the conveyor rollers.   b. Coating Department - On or about October 15, 2020, employees were required to use handheld rags to clean unguarded hydraulic conveyor rollers while the rollers were rotating (caught-in/entanglement hazard).  The Jindal Tubular USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1430884, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 13092 Seaplane Rd., Bay St. louis, MS 39520.
